Terms of Service

1.Payment - Full Payment must be sent after the initial sketch is made depending on the commission choice. If you commission a sketch, full payment is required before I send any art whatsoever. The Completed commission will not be sent to the purchaser unless they've completed the full payment. The Payment will be made via Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo in USD currency.2. Revision - Changes are allowed during the drafting/sketching phase, after the sketch are approved, major changes are no longer allowed.3. Decline of Offers - I have the right to refuse any Commission request without the need to explain the reasons.4. Artist Cancellation of Commission - I reserve the right stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission due to poor communication, rude behaviors, or a breach to these Terms of Service.5. Commercial - a Commission intended for Commercial use must be discussed before Payment with me.6. I reserve the full right on the Commissioned Art. The Commissioned Art can be displayed on my portfolio or social medias, and stream it's creation progress. If you would like to keep the art private, discuss it with me before commissioning me.7. Refunds - Full refunds are allowed before the I start on the project or due to Artist Cancellation of Commission depending on the circumstances. Once the project is started or finished, I fully reserve the rights to refuse any kinds of refunds.8. I will provide you with multiple work in progress photos with a watermark if requested.9. Have a proper reference page or detailed images of whatever character(s) you choose to get a commission of. Please also have a detailed enough description or image of a pose you'd like the character(s) to be in.10. Depending on the commission, I may take multiple days to complete it. If I don't send a work in progress photo after 10 days of you commissioning me, feel free to reach out.11. Paying the Commission Invoice , it means you Automatically agreed to all Terms of Service listed above.
